Creating a candidate profile is free. Your profile stays private until the reveal date announced on the candidates page — every profile appears there all at once on that day, and stays for the rest of the job market year, where it is seen by the hiring committees who use this site.
You need an Operations Academia account to post, so that your profile is yours: you can come back any time to edit it, replace or remove the files on it, or take it down altogether. Only the fields marked shown publicly ever appear on the site — your e-mail address is published only if you ask us to show it.
