Messages between you and the site’s maintainer. They start a conversation and you can reply here; nothing you write is published, and nobody else can read it. To raise something new yourself, use Send feedback.

You can remove any message from this list, and put it back afterwards — removed ones wait in a panel below the list. It only changes what YOU see here: the message stays part of the conversation, and the maintainer keeps their own copy of it.
